Booking Details
- $350 retainer fee is due, or 20% whichever is greater when booking an event over 30 days from requested date
- At least 50% is due 30 days before event
- Full balance is due 2 weeks before event
- RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE
- If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your retainer ($350). No refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance (no exceptions). Itz My Party Event Studio will make every accommodation to reschedule requests as availability permits. A reschedule fee may apply.
- Up to One date change is allowed when requested at least 60 days in advance, and payments are current. Credits are NON-TRANSFERRABLE
- Rental times include setup and cleanup time, all guests and vendors must vacate the space by the end of timeslot. Additional time may me purchased before event starts based on availability.
$50 for each additional 15 mins past
time slot will be added for events that
have not completely cleared
