    Catering and Alcohol (Bartender)

Clients are allowed to bring in outside food and vendors of choice.      

Mobile Bartender ( MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE & TIPS CERTIFICATION) required for all alcohol consumption at events at our space. BYOB is NOT allowed at our venue. 

Any alcohol consumed on the property without use of Mobile Bartender 

WILL RESULT IN EVENT BEING ENDED IMMEDIATELY, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO REFUNDS, AND FORFIETURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT 

Security (In House)

 Security guards are required for all events that include alcohol. Security guard fees must be paid by the client and may differ based on event. 

Any alcohol consumed on the property without the presence of security guard WILL BE ENDED IMMEDIATELY, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO REFUNDS, AND FORFIETURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT 

Damage Deposit 

Refundable damage deposit of $200

 (Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Cashapp, Paypal, ApplePay, or Zelle) 

is due the day before the event by 5:00 pm EST. 

Once the event is complete and venue is cleared of any damage or missing items the deposit will be returned in the same currency.    

• It is the client's responsibility to read every line of their contract before booking Itz My Party Event Studio. Failure to do so will have no bearing on the venue and it's policies.
• All trash must be picked up, bagged and placed in designated area. It is required that you restore the space back into it's original condition and that you clear trash from tables even during the event and keep the space clean at all times. You'll appreciate this for your pictures.  And it's required to have your damage deposit returned. 
• If using helium filled balloons please ensure they are weighted. 
• The client agrees to be at the venue at the allotted time on the contract. If the client is not there 30 mins after the start of their scheduled timeslot their monies will be forfeited and timeslot will be loss. WE WILL NOT RESCHEDULE YOUR EVENT.
• It is the client's responsibility to book their vendors. Clients are welcome to use vendors of their choice, we also provide a list of vendors we recommend at you request. 
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside or within 25 feet of the venue.
• NO OPEN FLAMES all candles must be in a container.
• Nothing can be adhered to the walls, no putty, tacks, duck tape, confetti, glitter, etc. on walls or floors. There is a $500 fine added to your bill and loss of security deposit for those who do not comply.
• Any excessive litter in the parking lot during your event will result in a $500 fine added to your bill and a loss of security deposit.
• Itz My Party Event Studio does not have a kitchen within our venue, please plan accordingly.
• Itz My Party Event Studio does not sell alcohol, ANY ALCOHOL BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES MUST BE SERVED BY A LICENSED TIPS CERTIFIED MOBILE BARTENDING COMPANY. IN THE EVENT THAT ALCOHOL IS ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORZATION THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WIL BE FORFIETED. NO FUTURE EVENTS WILL BE ALLOWED BY THE CLIENT.
• All security fees must be paid for by the client.
• THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, WEAPONS, OR DRUGS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. NO SMOKING (MARIJUANA/HOOKAH/TOBACCO/E-CIGARETTES) IS ALLOWED WITHIN THE BUILDING. NO FIGHTING OR PHYSICAL ALTERCATIONS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. 

           ANY OF THE ABOVE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN THE

 POLICE BEING CALLED, SECURITY DEPOSIT FORFIETED, 

AND/OR NO FUTURE EVENTS AT THE VENUE.    

 Itz My Party Event Studio (Itz My Party LLC) is not to assume responsibility for damage to or loss of property.  We DO NOT supply food or beverages, Itz My Party Event Studio (Itz My Party LLC) is not responsible for illness due to food or beverage consumption while at the facility.
